As one can probably guess, I very much enjoy exploring the connections between chemistry and music. The molecular piano is a project that Clara Luce Parker (NYU Gallatin ’22) and I collaborated on which drew an analogy between the chemical concept of pH and the musical concepts of consonance & dissonance.
